I would like to suggest that the PMS allow us to list a different cleaning fee for each different platform. This is because each platform takes a different percentage of the total fees charged. for example, if a guest books on Airbnb, they take over 15% of the total fee. I will need to charge $185 for the cleaning fee to be able to pay my cleaners $160. If the guest books directly, then I can charge the $160 for the cleaning fee and pass it on directly to the cleaners.

Restrict promotions by date. I.e. 20% off all stays through May 2023.

Currently if a direct, Vrbo or Booking.com ( non-Booking.com payment collection) bookings date changes, or some other change that triggers a price difference it's up to the user to manually work out the balance and charge or refund directly on Stripe. Uplisting should automate this process in some way.

To sync LOS pricing from Pricelabs or have the option to set this up on Uplisting.

It would be wonderful to assign LOS discounts by date. For example, a lower LOS discount during high season, but a higher LOS discount during low season: 10% for June-August dates; 40% for all other dates when the calendar is much harder to fill.

If I'm creating a booking manually/directly through the Uplisting website (as opposed to a guest booking through our website), then the Upsells don't appear on the guest pre-checkin/booking page where they sign Ts&Cs/security deposit etc. This is even when there are no filters set on the booking, and the upsell is within the configured time window to appear. I would expect Upsells to appear on the direct booking page either when there are no filters set, or when the "Booking site" filter includes the "Uplisting" option

For some upsells, I would like to be able to charge on a per night basis rather than a single flat fee - for example being able to charge a pet fee at £x per night rather a single fee of £y. Similarly the guest should be able to select a quantity of the upsell to buy (if configured by myself), for example being able to pay for 2 pets for a three night stay.

I just talked to vrbo. They said that they have an API link that will allow you to charge variable fees. So Uplisting can allow users to charge an additional fee both by % (like credit cards) or flat fee (like pet).

i.e., and upsell for X booking of +10% if >15days, +15% if >20 days, +20% if >30days, and so on and so forth. So we could customize the percentage and the days to be overpriced

Airbnb allows hosts to create "promotions" for certain dates. These are very useful for getting last minute and especially gap stays booked by adding a "20% off" promotion, for example. These promotions are set on Airbnb but the discounted pricing is not pulled into Uplisting, so the direct booking price ends up being the higher full price. Ideally, a checkbox setting hosts could set for each property to "Honor Airbnb Promotions" would be great. If checked, the discounted pricing would be used for direct bookings (and elsewhere) instead of the full pricing.
