If you want a more stringent cancellation policy for super high demand times (Christmas, July 4th, etc), VRBO will allow Uplisting to do this. Uplisting just has to integrate seasonal demand choices into its VRBO API.

I just talked to vrbo. They said that they have an API link that will allow you to charge variable fees. So Uplisting can allow users to charge an additional fee both by % (like credit cards) or flat fee (like pet).

Currently there is no option to use the direct rate with markup when manually creating a booking through the calendar. Only spot rate is used. This is fine if the guest is paying by bank transfer and no markup is required but does not cater for guests paying by card where we will incur processing fees.

Recently I've had a few big reservations cancel last minuet, my cancellation policy allows for a 100 % refund, but that credit card processing fee I have to absorb is a killer. Some will say that's the cost of doing business but is there a way to refund the customer 100% of their reservation cost minus credit card processing fee?

eg. bookings over 30 days may not require tax.

To sync LOS pricing from Pricelabs or have the option to set this up on Uplisting.

Ability to add additional fees to direct bookings, such as pet fees, linen fees, credit card fees etc.

Have a secondary security deposit for one night to intimate the fact of the higher risk over one night stay. And may be a separate security deposit for pet friendly places to be for damaged or high-level cleaning needed.

I have clients that want to offer promotions but don't want it to be applied to holidays. Please have it to where you can black out dates. :)
