(On the Insights page on the webapp) 1) Incorrect calculations: when toggling between date ranges ('this month,' 'last month') it will select, for example, Oct 1 - Nov 1, rather than Oct 1-31. The sums will then include not just October's bookings, but ALL of November's, so 2 months' worth. Severe miscalculation, and will make you think you're doing a lot better than you actually are if you're not aware it's in error. Lower priority / less of a problem: 2) You can't really select custom dates, it won't allow you to choose dates in the middle of the month, just the 1st & last of the month. Also, on the 'Period' pull-down menu, there is no option for 'Custom' shown, you just have to take the leap of faith that selecting your custom dates on the calendar on the left will switch it to 'custom' automatically.

Hi! In the insights it will be great to be able to see Total Management Fees per month since there are a lot of property management or managers using your system and that is the actual profit of the company so would be great to see this feature. This is what we work for in the end. Thank you!

I would like to be able to produce an annual report for accountants for each property with a total for the financial year now I have to go through airbnb, VRBO and uplisting separately to produce reports - seems a practical thing as all bookings come through the uplisting PMS to then accurately provide all the income data in one place

Insights report to enable us to get a detailed view of each month. Currently you can view but not download.

For your new Insights upgrade, a filter that would be very helpful is Booking site. In the state of Florida, AirBnb taxes are automatically taken out but VRBO and Booking.com are not. So each month I have to manually subtract AirBnb revenue when I file my taxes each month. Thank you for a great website. Best, Richard

I have to pay TOT on a quarterly basis for a property, so I run a report for the last 3 months. I have to edit the dates manually each time to generate the booking report, but if there was this 'last quarter' option similar to the 'last month' option, it would save time and possible human errors.

It would be handy if the reports functionality could sum up the columns and display the totals in the webapp especially (and in the emailed report, though that's easy to do once it's opened in a spreadsheet program).

Please include the property name in the result for Daily Occupancy and Revenue Results

Percentage graph to know month by month the percentage of the number of bookings received from different channels. E.g. how many bookings now are from BDC or Airbnb or direct bookings? And to be able to filter the bookings by channel without having to download reports.

Multi-units are aggregated up into the listing in the insights and reports, but it'd be great if you could see individual multi-unit performance or at least the average multi-unit performance quickly without needing to perform manual calculations
