Request to Include Booking Platform in Notification Emails
It would be really helpful if the notification emails from Uplisting could indicate which booking platform a reservation is from. Currently, the emails only inform me that a booking has been made, but I have to check the dashboard to see the platform details, which is not very convenient. Including this information in the email would make managing reservations much more efficient. I’d appreciate any updates on whether this can be implemented.

The thing that a lot of PMS/CM have and that Uplisting is missing is a proper website builder. You are missing a lot on this. You must have a good website builder

You guys have no customer service on the weekend and none is helping me... as always the connection with booking.com doesnt work and i will have probably this throughout the the weekend!! I will move to guesty asap

Cleaning fee option to enable/disable for specific channels
Some members do not wish to collect cleaning fee for Airbnb as they have this fee included on the management fee, but once the cleaning fee is set on Uplisting, it syncs to Airbnb, VRBO (API), Direct booking site, and Google VR.

Include added charges for uplisting on calander view
On the calendar view I can see the spot rate but it doesn't include the custom mark-up for Uplisting, is there a way to change that? On the hidden rows, I can select Airbnb, booking.com etc but I cant select Uplisting even though I can now set custom mark-up's for that site. (Thank you for enabling that!)

more info on new booking emails
include more information, such as the booking channel used to book, if it's been paid or not, if ID has been checked, deposit has been collected, how many people are in it, etc

TOT only tax (specify % of tax on Accomodation Total Only)
Need to add a TOT tax rate for listings on Direct Bookings. The only option now is "Property Rent Tax". This doesn't work in our situation. TOT taxes should be calculated as a percentage on ONLY the Accommodation Total, not the entire booking total.

make View profile button for VRBO (just like Airbnb listings have in Connect)
There is no View profile, or view Listing on VRBO anywhere on uplisting. Yet they have one for Airbnb listgings making it easy to see what the guest sees, or atleast see that the listing is live. Instead all we get is a reassurance that the listing is "Active" but it may not be, I searched all over VRBO and the listing is NOT live, can not be found on VRBO. How to remedy this??
