You guys have no customer service on the weekend and none is helping me... as always the connection with booking.com doesnt work and i will have probably this throughout the the weekend!! I will move to guesty asap

Integrate with Marriott Homes & Villas

Some members do not wish to collect cleaning fee for Airbnb as they have this fee included on the management fee, but once the cleaning fee is set on Uplisting, it syncs to Airbnb, VRBO (API), Direct booking site, and Google VR.

On the calendar view I can see the spot rate but it doesn't include the custom mark-up for Uplisting, is there a way to change that? On the hidden rows, I can select Airbnb, booking.com etc but I cant select Uplisting even though I can now set custom mark-up's for that site. (Thank you for enabling that!)

include more information, such as the booking channel used to book, if it's been paid or not, if ID has been checked, deposit has been collected, how many people are in it, etc

Need to add a TOT tax rate for listings on Direct Bookings. The only option now is "Property Rent Tax". This doesn't work in our situation. TOT taxes should be calculated as a percentage on ONLY the Accommodation Total, not the entire booking total.

There is no View profile, or view Listing on VRBO anywhere on uplisting. Yet they have one for Airbnb listgings making it easy to see what the guest sees, or atleast see that the listing is live. Instead all we get is a reassurance that the listing is "Active" but it may not be, I searched all over VRBO and the listing is NOT live, can not be found on VRBO. How to remedy this??

If we can upload images of higher quality (beyond just 2mb) that will help - HD images. Would love to be able to adjust the size of the logo - placement even better. If I could customize my hero image layout that would also be great. The booking engine home page is a first impression and if we can adjust some things there it would help a lot. But please let us upload (almost) any size image.

Here are a few requests that will make the booking site less clumsy. 1) When you click on my logo at the top left, it sends you to a generic direct booking sign up page. This is NOT appropriate at all -- it should send either to the home booking site page or let me input a url for my company page. 2) You should be able to select the currency displayed on the booking page, or ideally have it sense the country IP of the viewer and set the currency to that country. For example, I have properties in Bali but most guests are from other countries. 3) The currency shorthand should be displayed property. The convention here is a three letter text code (EUR, USD). My Bali properties are displaying Rp instead of IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), which can be confusing. 4) The property photos should be zoomable. More options and templates for direct website or at least, give us booking engines that we can plug into website builders.
