I wish my guests could see my availability at a glance. Exactly like the calendar that pops up in Uplisting's booking portal when they start selecting the dates - only imbedded in our websites for immediate viewing rather than the current necessary clicking. For us to implement this I believe it needs its own URL rather than it being a pop-up calendar. Attached is a mobile phone screenshot of how the 'Wix Hotels' calendar looks, which I am currently having to use despite massive connectivity problems.

Enable showing the cancelation policy on the listing page, as well as on the booking payment page and enforce the need for the guests to confirm that they accept the cancellation policy

There is no way to change direct booking prices. For example, removing a line item (eg. cleaning fee) entirely, or change the accomodation total.

We'd like to request direct booking guest reviews

I'd like to be able to show reviews on the direct website hosted by uplisting. It's basic! It's missing certain elements, guest reviews, this should feed in from Google and the OTAs, and as previously requested, we need to garnish and share reviews.

Have a CTA for "Owner Login" on client's direct booking side. Example = https://truestays.co.uk/partners/management/

The GUI of your guest facing booking / calendar is very unclear and confusing. My website visitors usually end up emailing me because they can't figure out what dates are available nor successfully select available dates. Please with URGENT PRIORITY update this functionality to replicate the level of visual clarity and usability of the Airbnb property availability calendar. We are losing money every day because of this and will have to look for a different solution if this isn't fixed. Thanks

The ability to amend the rates is essential. If yiu enter a direct booking you can only have the price that was set up. You may want to offer a special price
