Allow multiple booking sites where a member can select the listings to appear on each site, have a unique domain for each site etc.

Please provide a way to batch download the eSign rental agreements, filtered by property/listing. Date range of bookings would also be a good filter for this.

I propose reopening this ticket: https://uplisting.canny.io/feature-requests/p/enable-rental-agreements-to-be-used-for-certain-listings to implement it in a more robust way than the workaround given. The workaround is very limited and does not allow for creating rental agreements with dynamic info inserted from the property or booking (if you were to have properties with no agreement). Also related: https://uplisting.canny.io/feature-requests/p/more-esign-rental-agreement-customization (although I understand there is no extra charge for the eSign agreements), and https://uplisting.canny.io/feature-requests/p/the-ability-to-turn-on-off-guest-id-and-esign-rental-agreements-for-individual-l Hosts are going to keep requesting this, or coming to request it and finding a workaround, until it is better implemented.

Could the reviews from the booking platforms be imported to display on the direct booking site. You can have fabulous reviews but on the direct booking it doesn't show any. Doesn't give the guest the confidence to book direct

Currently (Nov '25), you can only write your booking Terms and Conditions into a text box with no formatting. Worse, you have to do this twice - once for the direct booking site, and again if you want OTA guests to sign your T&Cs in the pre-checkin form. There should be the ability to: be able to upload a PDF of your T&Cs file, formatted in all its glory one file/one set of T&Cs for direct booking website and for pre-checkin form for other channel-based bookings (which can be enabled/disabled as required) T&Cs should be versioned and/or dated, to ensure that it is clear what version of the T&Cs guests have signed up to

Before a booking is confirmed (need to check whether this also applies to confirmed bookings), I added a credit, but the direct booking page for the guest's view does not show it, and shows that they will be charged the full amount still.

Enable showing the cancelation policy on the listing page, as well as on the booking payment page and enforce the need for the guests to confirm that they accept the cancellation policy

There is no way to change direct booking prices. For example, removing a line item (eg. cleaning fee) entirely, or change the accomodation total.

I wish my guests could see my availability at a glance. Exactly like the calendar that pops up in Uplisting's booking portal when they start selecting the dates - only imbedded in our websites for immediate viewing rather than the current necessary clicking. For us to implement this I believe it needs its own URL rather than it being a pop-up calendar. Attached is a mobile phone screenshot of how the 'Wix Hotels' calendar looks, which I am currently having to use despite massive connectivity problems.
